.: Having a Bad Day? :.

From day, to day, we sometimes have to work on our focus, energies, and attitudes. If you find that you are having a bad day, sometimes it is worth a few minutes' time in order to gather our psychic wits about ourselves, and get a grip, so to speak.

There are many energy types involved with this task, as no two person's needs are exactly the same. For instance, if you are a sales rep, and you have blown sales for the day, you may need to exude energies of cooperation or high happy energies, in order to achieve your desired goal. If you are working in a kitchen, and things just keep going wrong, you may again need those cooperative energies, or you may wish to help yourself with focus, the ability to block out a co-worker, or just physical energy to make it through your shift. If you are a parent, you may need patience energies, creative energies, or a simple bill paid.

This page is designed to be read after the Meditation and Energy Work sections. If you have not read those yet, please return to the DFW, Inc. Sitemap, and read those first.

You CAN turn your day around with a simple shift/adjustment of attitude. The techniques are simple, and are explained fully in the Meditation Section of this website.

And yet, some may experience days where fortitude, resolve, or inner strength are necessary. I hate those days, but they ARE a necessary part of personal growth. When this happens, draw upon those energies, and stick to your position. Do not let yourself "worry" about what is happening or going to happen. Simply, calmly prepare yourself, and stick to it, and it will be over soon enough.

A Magick User is in control of her/himself at all times, and while that goal may seem nigh impossible, it is anything but. We WILL slip, from time to time, but the goal remains steadfast, nonetheless. A steadfast conviction to this goal is necessary in order for us to be in full control of our energies at the very peak of potency [height of adrenaline], therefore, this goal is not only necessary, but mandatory in the proper execution of SpellWork, Rite, and Circle.
