Elswet is an ordained High Priestess and a certified Minister Who is a legal Doctor of Divinity and possesses a Doctorate in Metaphysics which reflects a lifetime of study, devotion and education. She has studied magick throughout Her life, and attained the title "High Priestess" in the Draconite Order in 1998. Though Her path is Draconite, in magick, rite and ritual, She is basically an Eclectic Kitchen Witch. She has a strong connection with the Tuatha De Dannan and avidly studies anything She can find on them. She is a Seer and a dream Interpreter, as well.
Elswet has studied and performed rite/ritual and spellwork in 12 different paths [Associations and Ordinations include but are not limited to: Temple of Diana's Moon, Traditional Goddess, New Orleans, LA; Temple of Isis, Egyptian Mysteries, Panama City Beach, FL; Clan of the Dark Faerie, Faerie Wicca, Little Rock, AK; The Gathering, Eclectic Wiccan Coven, Mobile, AL; Marie LaVeau's House of Traditional Vodou and HouDou, New Orleans, LA; Pima Indian Reservation, Traditional North American Shamanism (My specialties were Drumming and Animal Dance), Arizona Mountains (naming specific locations is strictly prohibited); and the Black Hills Metaphysical Society, Eclectic and Traditional Wicca, Strega, and other European traditions, Sturgis, SD] and is Adept at most forebearing systems.
Elswet's Sun Sign is Virgo and She was born in the Chinese year of the Dragon. She loves the outdoors, photography, music and movies, although books are Her first love. A lifelong practitioner of the magickal arts, Mother Vesta credits her grandfather for her training and the foundation of her spiritual practice.
She has been a practitioner for over 30 years, under the careful tutelage of her Cherokee Grandfather.
Mother Vesta has been a part of many groups practicing many forms of paganism. The majority of her practice has been solitary not having found
the "right" group for her. As with many people, Mother Vesta found the turn of the century to be a milestone. She is now ordained through the ULC as
a minister and by Lady Elswet as a High Priestess, having completed rigorous sessions and hours and hours of field work. She is now a
member of DragonFyre Weyr, Inc. and a High Priestess. At this time, she has no intention of forming her own coven and plans to remain with
DragonFyre Weyr, Inc. for many years to come.
"Alternative" is what is normal for us. As a Lifestyle [NOT Pro] Domme and Pagan clergy, she is well
aquainted with the difficulties experienced in rural Eastern Tennessee for members of both these groups.
